The 2,700-square-foot property, originally a rustic retreat, was reimagined by SHED Architecture & Design to suit the contemporary tastes of its owners. This extensive renovation, driven by a desire for a lively and colorful sanctuary, skillfully integrates bold patterns and an eclectic palette, creating a home that is both functional and aesthetically captivating. The interior redesign of the West Seattle residence emphasizes fluid spaces and an imaginative use of color. The kitchen and dining areas were reconfigured to maximize scenic views of Puget Sound, while a distinctive pink theme, incorporating Zia Tile and Concrete Collaborative mosaic countertops, infuses the kitchen with a unique personality. The living room, separated by an abstract tiled wall, features a comfortable reading nook that offers serene water views.
